Poor sleep habits

Poor sleep habits are another cause of many elderly health issues. Healthy seniors should get from 6 – 9 hours of sleep per night. Poor sleep habits, can and does, lead to insomnia. Long term insomnia can lead to a whole gamut of health problems.  Correcting poor sleep habits goes a long way in getting the healthy sleep you need.
