Exercise for sleep
Lack of exercise can cause sleep problems for the elderly. It is proven that that regular exercise (at least 3 hours before bedtime) even just a short walk can help. If a senior did not exercise when they were younger, it may be difficult to motivate them but the chance to improve sleep may be the key.
