Chelsie Witt
Chelsie Witt (M.S.) is the founder and owner of AdvoCare Home Care Services. Born and raised in Livingston, MT, she received her bachelor’s degree in Community Health at Montana State University. Chelsie then continued on to get her master’s degree in Long Term Care, Senior Housing and Aging Services at the University of North Texas. Upon graduating, Chelsie spent a year as the administrator of Good Samaritan Society Lake Forest Village nursing home, but Montana would always be home. Chelsie and her husband Brian decided to move back to Montana in 2013 and AdvoCare’s business plan began. Her passion has always been helping people and Chelsie saw the need to help seniors age in place. Before launching AdvoCare Home Care Services, Chelsie became a Certified Nursing Assistance and spent her first year in business providing all the hands on care. Besides running a local home care business, Chelsie and Brian are also busy raising their two girls Alex and Hadley
Melissa
I was born and raised in Montana. I grew up in Harlowton. That is where I got my CNA certification when I was 17 years old. I continued working as a cna after high school with a temp agency named Prioricare Staffing solutions. I worked all over the state in nursing homes, it ended up taking me to Ennis Montana. I lived in Ennis for 15 years and worked 8 years at to the Madison Valley Manor while continuing traveling part time. Four years ago I moved to Bozeman where I started working for two home health companies, Advocare and First Choice Home Heathcare.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my 2 dogs Gema a 10 year old pit/mix and Chance an 11 your old Papillon. Whether its going to snowfill dog park or taking a hike in the surounding mountains. Floating the Madison is always a great time with friends and family.
Cailynn
My name is Cailynn Bartlett and I’m originally from Great Falls, MT but I moved here to Bozeman for school. Currently I am on the Pre-Med track while obtaining a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Psychology. I love to be outdoors especially on the lake. I also love to cook and anything to do with organizing/cleaning. I joined the AdvoCare team because I absolutely love to help people and contribute to my community. I enjoy building bonds with clients and getting to know them more and more each visit. My goal is to deliver the best caregiver experience by maintaining a clean and safe environment, picking up and cooking healthy meals, and creating new friendships all while keeping the client feeling worthy, independent, happy, and loved.
Zoie
My names Zoie Althoff and I was born in Billings, Montana. After graduating high school, I played soccer at Carroll College my freshman here. I then transferred to Montana State University starting my sophomore year and joined the club soccer team. I’m currently studying Psychology in hopes to go to grad school for Occupational Therapy. I love being active outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. I joined AdvoCare because I love helping others and supporting clients as best as I can.
Grace
Hello, my name is Grace and I am a senior at MSU studying microbiology on the path to becoming a Physicians Associate! I knew my purpose in life was to provide care and comfort to those through healthcare during a medical missions trip to Haiti, and my determination is fueled by my faith, friends and family. I have provided patient care in third world countries, pre-hospital emergency settings and to those who have disabilities or need extra assistance, no matter what that may entail. Whatever the environment, my #1 goal is to ensure that those I come in contact with feel important and empowered, and to impact their lives in the greatest way that I can.
I joined AdvoCare because after working in an assisted living facility for a year, I quickly learned I was unable to spend quality time with those I was seeing throughout my shift. I missed the companionship and ability to listen, learn and help without time constraints. I am looking forward to the ability to focus on each client as an individual through this position.
Adriana
My name is Adriana Kunze; I grew up in Minnesota and attended the University of Missouri for one year before studying abroad in Milan, Italy and then moving to Bozeman for MSU! I am a sophomore pursuing a microbiology major with a biochemistry minor on the pre-medical track. I hope to one day practice surgery while doing international medicine and mission work. I joined AdvoCare because I enjoy connecting with people of all ages one-on-one and feel that working as a caregiver is a great way to use my skills to benefit others.
Lexis
My name is Lexis Drapeau. I am originally from Coeur d Alene Idaho, but moved to Bozeman to attend school at Montana State. I am currently on the pre-med track to obtain a degree in Kinesiology. In my free time I enjoy fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors along with hanging out with my friends and family. I joined AdvoCare because of the staff and how amazing they are. I am excited to be a part of this team and I am hoping to build relationships and provide the best care possible.
Molly
My name is Molly Schmitt. I’m from Evergreen, CO but moved to Bozeman to study Industrial Engineering. Outside of school you can find me outside hiking, skiing or just soaking in the sunshine. I joined Advocare because I wanted to work with people in the Bozeman community and learn about some areas for improvement when it comes to accessibility. I hope to make clients feel valued and give them the one on one support they need.
Helen
Hi! My name is Helen and I’m originally from California. I moved to Bozeman to attend MSU as a nursing major! From personal experience of using hospice for my dad in a facility, I know how important it is to provide essential care to those in need of it. Being apart of Advocare I’m able to provide the best care for each and every client in the comfort of their own space. On my free time I like to spend it with friends and family along with golfing when I can.
Clare
Hi! My name is Clare and I’m from St Paul, Minnesota. I am currently a senior at MSU majoring in exercise science and minoring in psychology. After I graduate, I hope to go to PA school. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time outdoors. I love working for AdvoCare because of all of the personal connections I get to make. Back home I worked in a memory care unit of a retirement community and really loved the time I got to spend with the residents, so I’m looking forward to the time I get to spend with clients out here!
